Global Director HSE, Weatherford
Session Synopsis: Safety Culture Transformation through Frontline Influencer Engagement
In recent years, Weatherford has embarked on a journey towards HSE Excellence; reinvigorating their foundational safety programs and commitment to Safety Always. Weatherford’s HSE Excellence program has and continues to be a key contributor in supporting safety culture transformation across its Canadian and international operations. A grassroots initiative, HSE Excellence is designed to identify "locker-room leaders" who work at the frontlines of our oil & gas industry and turn them into HSE Champions. During this presentation, Wendy will share with you the strategies behind engaging these individuals, developing their leadership and communication skills, as well as, educating them on risk management tools that will help them to execute localized action plans at their locations. Learn how you too, can start a movement of HSE Champions in your workplace and empower them to collectively improve your safety culture and performance.
