OHS & Training Consultant
Session Synopsis: Workshop Planning - Determining OHS Related Priorities
There are so many areas in the field of occupational health and safety that it can become impossible to focus on the right thing.
This mini workshop will touch on the factors affecting what priorities to consider, and where you may get the best return on your effort.
Cameron Hacault has been a professional OHS and Training Consultant since 2006.
Prior to that, he served in the Canadian Armed Forces, worked as an oilfield firefighter and most recently, had worked as an apprentice carpenter/OFA Level 3 first aid attendant for a Victoria-based concrete formwork company.
As a consultant, Cameron has built and implemented OHS Programs, conducted external audits, designed and delivered custom training and more... all for clients ranging in size from 6 to 1000+ employees.
Cameron’s broad life and OHS-specific experience lends him an unique insight into why companies struggle to develop and maintain effective focus when it comes to managing it’s own OHS-related priorities.
